The collaborative project from SAVEMONEY's Brian Fresco and fellow Chicagoan MC Tree G, SoulMoney is here via the good folks over at Noisey, who handled the premiere. The project perfectly combines Fresco's off-kilter, angular flow with the frenetic chopped soul samples and funky original production from one of Chicago's most talented beat makers and artists to boot. Soul Money has benefited thus far from a solid buzz and the first listen certainly won't disappoint. Bio:Brian Fresco is the 23-year-old hip-hop artist and street ambassador for SaveMoney. Hailing from Southside of Chicago, he was named one of the Chicago RedEye's Top 15 Acts to Watch in 2015 due in large part to his critically-acclaimed SoulMoney release with MC Tree which was also featured in the Chicago Reader who said “Fresco's earned his place on a list of talented youngsters, whether involved in Save Money or existing outside its periphery.” Since then he has debuted content on sites like Noisey, HotNewHipHop, DJBooth , HipHopDX, etc and has headlined a slew of shows from LA to Chicago. Part of the next crop to emerge from the ridiculously talented roster of SaveMoney, Fresco follows in the footprints of longtime friends Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper. Now it's his turn with the new release of highly anticipated project "Casanova". Brian Fresco is definitely a name to stay!
